This center features 12 showroom/workshop units with a storefront directly on Ulmerton Road and 12 workshop/warehouse units in a row just behind the showrooms. All units have an Ulmerton Road address. Each unit is 1500 SF (30' x 50') and there are also several double-showroom 3000 SF (60' x 50') units available. Our buildings are concrete block construction and are 16 feet in height. Our showroom/workshop units have a workshop with a 3 ft. entry door and a 10' x 12' roll up door in the rear. Our workshop/warehouse units feature a finished office (10' x 12') with a 3 ft. entry door and a 10' x 12' roll up door in the front. Both the showroom/workshop units and the workshop/warehouse units have a bathroom, a laundry tub sink, electical outlets around the inside perimeter wall, skylights, an insulated roof, a roof ventilator and sealed and coated contrete floors.
