Our 37 workshop/warehouse units are concrete block construction and are 16 feet 8 inches in height. All units have two overhead 10' x 12' roll-up doors plus two entry doors. All driveways and parking areas are concrete. There are three shop sizes: 1800 SF (30' x 60'), 3000 SF (50' x 60') and 3600 SF (60' x 60'). Our shops feature finished offices, a bathroom, a laundry tub sink, electical outlets around the inside perimeter wall, skylights, an insulated roof, a roof ventilator and sealed and coated contrete floors. Roadrunner High Speed Internet connections provided by Bright House Networks are also available in each unit. Dusk to dawn security lighting provides outside night time illumination throughout the center. A common loading dock is available for use by all tenants.
